Training and events

Join us at pool training where you can expect a structured program to progress your pool disciplines alongside fellow Seals. Beginners and all levels are welcome.

Pool training currently runs on Tuesday evenings at Marrickville. Once you become a member, submit an expression of interest to join. Training fees cover lane hire; pool entry is separate.

We also organise depth sessions, fun dives, masterclasses, competitions, and beach clean-ups throughout the year.
